Hi everyone,

Was just looking around on the net, and came across this web site, after having a look around i decided to join. A bit about myself, well last January i decided to stop smoking, yay i managed it:D, been a just over a year now, anyhow i slowly put on weight and now at my heaviest at 10 1/2 stone:(, i know this doesn't seem much to some people, to me it's alot im only 5ft 2in so look heavier than others with the same weight. My goal is to reduce inches rather than focus on weight, if that makes sense to anyone, anyway it's getting to be a huge intro to myself;) so i'll just finish here.

First of all, a big well done on quitting smoking ... do you feel better for it?? I have heard that food can become a factor when quitting the habit (not a smoker myself).

This is a really good forum and every one is really nice and supportive :) You have come to the right place x

What weight loss plan are you following?

I'm not following any weight loss plan, i'm just watching what i eat (giving up my daily treats) and i started doing Davina's Body buff DVD, i have done this dvd 3 times in the last week.
