    Another newby to this forum.

    My name is Paul and I started to use Lipotrim yesterday.

    Feel okay so far and no hunger problems. Found the chocolate milkshake is nicer if you double the amount of water required.

    I am currently about 230lbs but would like to go down to about 160lbs. I have been trying to get my weight down for a year and have had no luck and hope that Lipotrim will give the diet a bit of a boost.

    As well as dieting, I like to cycle, play squash and football and I have started running 6 days a week as well. Hopefully TFR shouldn't have too much of an effect on these activities.
