hi guys, thought I'd introduce myself instead of just lurking, I've been on mimimins for cambridge diet and atkins/pig2twig but my weight had creeped up by 2 stones over the past year and i needed a new diet to start fresh with so im now on dukan.
i started on saturday at 12.01 stone, then weighed myself on sunday morning..and i was 11.7...i couldnt believe it, i kept moving the scales about the house to see if i would get a different reading. i must have been carrying some serious water weight! now i feel like i can get on with some serious fat burning
weighed this morning and im 11.6.4 - i kind of guessed that i just had a freak whoosh and then for the rest of my 6 days attack it will be slow going..och well!
I've been on many a diet but never had this result before - i also noticed that i was in ketosis on the morning of day 2 and it usually takes 4ish days for me - so heres hoping ive found a diet that suits me!
