Hi Everyone!
Was wondering if any of you lovely lot (assuming lol ) could help me I'm doing slimming world by myself with the book but no meetings so far so good ,weight loss over 1 stone since 4th Jan.
The thing is I want to know when it comes to healthy extras (b)do you count the first 2 of the day or can you pick ,e.g today I have had wholemeal bread,cereal and chicken on a green day do I count the chicken as the HEB as it's the highest syn value or should I always syn the highest e.g syn the chicken and take the bread and cereal as HEB's??
