Hello Campers!!

I'm ill again with my stoma at the moment and on antibiotics, loads of other meds etc. Doc advised me to eat on the meds as you're not supposed to mix them with LT.
Anyway I've decided that I'm going to go for a full on 100% restart even changing my stats & ticker to show it's a new beginning, a new start etc.
So I'm back on the LT train tomorrow (last of meds today). Hopefully I won't have done too much damage and I'm looking forward to feeling empty again lol.

Hi Louise, welcome back to 100% (tomorrow). I am a restarter and I also changed my stats and realistic goal weight (hopefully one I can stick to). It took me a while to get back onto 100%, but I'm on day 5 now and all is well.

Thanks everyone. Spoke with pharmacist today and my restart has been changed to tomorrow to make sure it's safe.
