Nice one! Well done for the 3lbs!

I think a few things have changed since 2004 but not anything major that I know of (please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong!)

The major change since 2004 will be the introduction on the Extra Easy plan and you you want to consider adding this into the plans that you are already following. You'll find the details on the thread that Malaika recommended.

thanks everyone, I have found info about extra easy and have been having a mix of all 3 since i started, i am loving slimming world as i can eat lots and not feel guilty,
