Hi all

I have lost just over 7 1/2 stone on LL. Made the monumental decision to join WW on Monday. My class is not til tonight so have been going it alone (with all your guidelines). So far, so good.
The joy of being able to eat..... bliss. I never knew a snack a jack could taste so good. After being in abstinance for 8 months I feel like everyday is Christmas!

Just wanted to say hello and say that you are all inspirational. Need to lose another 20lbs... here's hoping

Thats fantastic that you lost all that weight on LL, I thought about that diet and the thought of not eating was so much to bear!! Lol.
I have just joined WW last Monday, and its great that its not a strict diet, you just have guidelines to help you....try a frozen Milky Way for when you have a sweet tooth....yum yum!! Hehe.

Welcome to WW! What an amazing result you had with LL. I admire you for being able to do it, I just wouldnt have the willpower.

Anyway good luck with the rest of your weightloss journey and I'm looking forward to seeing how u get on. Hope u have a good meeting and were all here for any questions/rants etc u may have.

Thank you all for your kind words. Just got back from first meeting, leader really nice and really big friendly group. All geared up got all my bits and pieces and most importantly my toffee bars! :drool:
