Hi everyone I'm new here although not new to low carbing it.

Been doing it since feb 2010 and so far lost 40 pounds!! go me! it truly is the best way of eating I feel more energized and less bloated.

I signed up as I would love more tips on low carb buys at the supermarket and generally on snack ideas as I am getting a little low on ideas.

Anyway enough of my ramble.

Wow... as on my thread... you have done so well, keep up the good work. What drinkd do you drink btw? Not sure what to get in xxxx

hey im not really a big drinker but if I do I'll have a glass of red wine or a vodka diet (and caffeine free) coke or an diet juice really, but remember that if you drink alcohol you will burn that first before any fat.

Other than that its water for me xor no sugar diluting juice.

If you have Lidl up there they do great low carb sausages.
