So hi.... im not new to this website BUT im new to this part of the forum!! I have officially started Weight watchers points diet today!!

So i see that weight watchers has changed a little.... is it the fact they have just added a new eating plan on.... or have all the points system changed???

Someone let me know soon because i am just following my old books from last year :) xxx

Hiya hun, the whole system has changed i'm afraid, but seeing as you have old books etc, you may want to just carry on with the old plan (referred to on here as the discovery plan) not everyone has changed to the new plan, but if you want to know about it;

http://www.minimins.com/weight-watchers/176311-introducing-new-pro-points-plan.html

all the information is on there, it's called the propoints plan now :) good luck x

Hi Zoe, Im new to this site too. The Pro Points system works for me but I think it is easier if you are coming into it new and not switching from the old plan. I have lost 8lb in 2 weeks which is the most i have lost in the first 2 weeks of a new diet. Usually when I start a new diet I have a lot to lose but only have a stone to lose this time so I was quite impressed with it.
The old system should still work if it has worked for you before.
I prefer this one because of the extra weekly points you get which are great for the weekend or a special treat. Good luck xx

Hi I've done the old plan 15 years on and off so going onto a new ww plan at first I was comparing things etc. TBH I like pp better now and I think like anything new you won't know until you try it? If you try it snd don't like it switch back.
Whatever you decide to do good luck xx
