Just been weighed.. Not as quick as first week.. But just lost another 3lbs so
That's 10lbs in 18 days...
I'm 10.9 now.. Determined to be under 10.7 on next weigh in

i did it last year - properly for 3 weeks and lost 15lb, then half heartedly did it to maintain in between holidays.

This time ive only been doing it a week so far, off plan this weekend but not going too wild

Ultimately i want to reach 9 st 7, but as long as im under 10 by my hols ill be happy, hopefully come back and lose the last then!
 
Well good luck... I'm aiming to be under 10.7 for next weeks weigh in! Then 9.7 for my friends hen weekend in end of June... Wish me luck!
