I'm Christina, glad to become a part of this site as looking for support on my journey.

I've started with a personal trainer and been trying to follow his very dull food plan but can't hack chicken and veg day in day out.

I want normal food (in moderation obviously), any suggestions on the best plans out there?

I’m finding the Slimming World’s food optimising approach works for me. There are loads of exciting recipes available and nothing is ‘prohibited’. I’ve been following the plan for the last 12 weeks and have lost 2st6lb so far.
