Hi everyone! Been putting off starting to try and lose weight for ages but last week (after eating a whole pack of biscuits during parents evening at my school) that I needed to do something. So, went to a Slimming world meeting straight after the same parents evening and joined up. First weigh in is on Wednesday so fingers crossed! Anyway, over the weekend I've kept googling various things to check on syns and ended up getting the answer here so thought it was just easier to join! Really want to stick to it and lose weight and I need all the support I can get!
