Yes, I agree - I love cooking and I'm actually becoming quite creative these days! Only problem is that each new thing I try and make takes about 3 or 4 tries to get it right as I'm not used to using no olive oil, creme-fraiche, etc... but I'm getting there. Note for you - Normandy Fromage Frais separates horrible when cooked into a sauce... dissolved corn flour (limited allowed on Cruise) works MUCH better
