Hello from an oldie

Used to be on here quiet alot a few years ago but left to have baby number 5 (Freddie) who arrived aug 2009.
Well since then my weight has crept up to over 17st but I'm in denial about that .
So hi to all the newbies and a big hello to all the oldies still here.
I've contacted my CD consultant and hopefully be back on it for next week.im now off to buy coffee and water!
