Hello everyone...just want to say hello. I have been reading the slimming world posts for over a year but never become a member.........till now.
I have been doing slimming world for 12 months and lost 3st 2lb.......however over the past month have put a stone on..........self inflicted over indulgance.......but enjoyed every minute. Back on track now and hope to contribute to this great slimming world forum.
I am a fan of EE and have lost my weight doing EE. I want to lose the stone I have put on and then try my hardest to maintain it.
Hope to join in soon...
