Hello i am another newbie

    Hi All

    I am in my second week of the Kickstart RC 2 weeks and i am finding it ok...which surprises me. I have only weighed myself today so i am not sure how heavy i was at the start but i can start to track it now.
    I have done WW and SW in the past but fellof the wagon and put loads of weight back on so i really want to do it this time.
    It is great to see that there is a forum to ask questions and get support.

    Welcome Activ we on the RC side seem to be a small but friendly bunch, are you doing it on your own or attending classes?

    Thankyou for welcoming me

    I am doing it on my own with the aid of the RC GI Jeans diet book.

    Had a little wobble today with bread but did 30mins of excercise so hoping that that has discounted it....heres hoping

    How are you all doing on the diet?
