Hello, my name is Sarah and I am new to Minimins. I am also just starting with my attempt to lose weight. I haven't decided on what kind of diet I'd like to follow. I want to lose weight responsibly and don't like to do any crash diet. For now I started with eliminating all fast sugars from my food intake and I started walking.
