    Diet:
    my own-low fat, low calorie.
    Was meaning to lose my baby weight after having my son nearly 4 years ago. Got engaged in Feb this year so now a whole new reason to lose this extra weight! Plus I'm a nursing student so feels a bit hypocritical telling unhealthy patients off when I'm overweight myself! Got 18 months to lose the weight. Diet starts tomorrow. 42 pounds to go...wish me luck!

    Do start your own diary on here as soon as you can so we know where to find you for that important help and support.

    How many calories will you be having per day? Don't make it too low as then when you have a bit of a plateau you can lower it a bit to start things off again.
