Hello, I'm new

    Counting Calories - 1500 a day, OK I know this is going to take years but that's fine.
    Hello all :)

    I'm 44 and weigh 10 stone. That doesn't sound too bad except I can't fit into most of my clothes and summer's coming and I don't have anything to wear. I'd like to fit into my jeans and I have some nice summer dresses. I'd just like to get my weight down to what I used to be unhappy with before I had three children - about 9 stone. But it's soo hard :eek:.

    I'm a list maker and look forward to writing down everything I eat and drink and totting up the calories. I also enjoy weighing things and calculating portions. Yes, I know :D
