hello! my name is amy, i'm 22 and i am restarting SW today for the second time
i don't attend group as i am back and forth between uni and home quite a lot and i find when i am immersed into SW i am really focused and don't really need much motivation!
last time i did SW was just after christmas, i decided not to weigh myself which was a mistake with hindsight, as i didn't feel like i was losing when i'm sure i was! so this time round i'm going to do a weekly or fortnightly weigh in at boots
the hardest part for me about SW is getting organised around university - when i'm away from home and in a house full of skinny people who live off pizza, chocolate, biscuits and takeaways it can be very hard not to give in to temptation! however, after easter break i have four weeks left until i am officially finished with the student lifestyle, so i'm determined to stay on track and look awesome for my graduation!
whew, that was practically an essay
