    Hi everyone,

    I joined slimming world a few weeks ago and after searching on the net for different recipes and syn values, I fast realised that this was an absolute jackpot of a website!

    I'm still getting used to the plan (don't really understand red/green days, I stick with EE) but hoping that by posting and reading on minimins I can make sure I stay on plan and never get bored!

    Had my WI tonight and only lost 1/2lb after sticking to plan all week so decided that more than ever I needed to launch myself into minimins! Aiming for a much bigger loss next week to make up for it!

    I have to go out for dinner to a noodle/sushi bar tomorrow for a friends birthday and then have a few friends visiting Fri-Sat, but really planning to stay on plan by premaking food/checking out menus etc.

    Anyway, I've ranted on enough. Hello to you all! Looking forward to posting more and getting loads of ideas!

    hi, and welcome to the club.... sorry to read you were disappointed by your loss, but it can take time for your body to adjust....don't worry, it's gone, which is the main thing :)

    You'll find a friendly bunch on here, and plenty of suggestions, recipes and support.

    Many of us keep a food diary - take a look in the food diary sub forum,,,, it's useful to look through others, and also for you to keep track, and others may notice if you are, or aren't doing something that works.... anyway, all that waffle - welcome, and good luck

    I'm only following EE too, at the minute it seems to be working for me, not huge losses but small and consistent. The other two plans (original/green I think?) seem very complicated and confusing! I'm sticking with EE unless my weight loss stalls then I might think about mixing it up a bit!

    You jumped ship from SW to WW? How come?
