Hello, new to MiniMins but not to dieting!

Hi! Have followed SW for the last 12 months and lost 28lbs but 7lbs have slipped back on in recent months that I just can't shift. SW is good but free foods & portions are my downfall - hence the change to WW - need to be a little stricter with myself and after reading up on ProPoints plan & have decided it's for me.
Looking forward to a new challenge - helped this time by my hubby :heartpump::heartpump: who will be doing it on-line.
I WILL be two stone lighter by the end of November - wish me luck :)

Welcome to the forum. Everyone on here is lovely and supportive. I follow the WW plan too.

Glad to hear your hubby is supporting you by doing it too. Makes it much easier for you.

Support from himself is half the battle, Mines fab too and has a journey to make himself, which makes it so much easier!
