Hi all!

My name is Emma and I'm now on calorie counting after losing three and a half stone on the Cambridge Weight Plan, have had a few health problems and lost my motivation for doing a very low calorie food replacement diet so have moved over to strict calorie counting. So far I'm doing ok, I weighed in today and have lost 3lbs on my first week of it, it may also be that I totally punished myself in the gym this week!

Good luck with the continuing weight loss. I was previously with weight watchers many moons ago but calorie counting just seems so much easier. Lots of green veges and plenty of fruit, you'll be fine.
