From Piglet to Twiglet
Hello all, I've been doing TFR since June and did really well on it in the first three weeks. But then things went wobbly and ultimately ended with me bingeing badly, then reverting the next day to normal eating. I had gained about 3lbs so decided to do Atkins and started on Thursday. Those 3lbs have gone (so I guess they were probably water/glycogen). I'm very pleased at the kickstart TFR has given me, but in the long term, I don't think I can keep doing it. I think I'm looking forward to learning to eat in a new way and have been checking out your top tips.
