Hi all, I just started slimming world this week. I have all the syn books but cannot find anything for Hearty Food co tomato and herb pasta sauce. It's the one exclusive to Tesco. The jar is 440g and contains the following in a hundred grams. 33 calories, 0.7g fat, 5.5 carbs, 0.8 fibre, 0.8 protein and 0.6 salt. I usually eat half a jar at a time. I stockpiled this ages ago as it was cheap but now I'm worried I should be making my own but don't want the pile to go to waste. Does anyone have any idea of the syn value of this product?
