Hey no I'm doing the cambridge, it's not as tough as I thought. I'm not a big eater anyway, before the diet I would skip breakfast & lunch be so hungry by the time I got home from work that I'd get Mc D's on the way to pick up my daughter from nursery and then get home & cook dinner & have the same portion size as my 6ft4 partner although I'm only 5'2, not very healthy.. But I'm on my first week of cambridge, getting weighed at 1pm today and a little nervous to say the least as I have not been sticking to the water at all but hopefully I will have lost some. Well done on the 17lbs, to lose a stone will be amazing for me hopefully I can say that in three weeks time
I would b spoilt for choice , with CD diet I don't have to cook which is nice, as i do have eyes bigger than my belly when it comes to portion control.
