Hello There!!

Hello!

I'm Jenny and this is my third week on WW. I lost 5.5lbs in the first week and weighed in today having lost another 3lbs - Yay!!:)

All well and good but I'm off on holiday for a week and I'm afraid I'll stick my nose into the trough! :eek:

I'm planning on low (ish) PP breakfasts and lunches as we'll be eating out a bit, also walking A LOT. Hopefully, this ill help although tracking restaurant portions is a nightmare.

Have any of you WW Veterans any coping hints for a chubby newbie? Perleeese? ;)
