Hello to the newbies..just want to say

I know we are all on different diets and our reasons for dieting may differ but our mission is the same and its that that unites us here

I have been on xenical for a week and today was my first official weigh in,i have lost 10lbs in my first week.

i wanted to share this with you,as i never dreamed i could do this,but with determination i made it through the first week,which is always hard. i wouldnt have done it without the people off this forum and the advice ive been giving from the amazing people from the xenical section.

I wanted to share this with anyone who is thinking of joining here,that this place has helped me loads and dont give up,if i can do it then anyone can
