Hello guys!

I started WW last week and went for my first weigh in last week. I did really well for the first couple of days but over the weekend I really fell off the wagon during the weekend so was dreading my weigh in.

I was really shocked when the scales told me that I lost 3lb!! I guess I was walking alot and was trying my best to keep as active as possible so I must have been doing something right :D

Now I am totally geared up to lose more weight this week, if I ate so much last week and lost weight then this week I will try and be good (as good as I possibly can be) and hopefully I will lose a whole lot more!!
