Hello :)

have just been reading the stickie about carb content and so you want to start atkins and Im wondering if im doing this right!
20 net carbs per day which include your cheese and salad and cream and veg? I have been having handful of lettuce, half a tomato, 4 slices cucumber for salad and classed that as about 10 carbs. I havent been counting the cheese or the cream. !!! does anyone else struggle with the amount of veg/salad you are allowed?
 
I did count the cream and the cheese Vicky, for the rest I stuck pretty much to green leaf veggies on induction, I roughly measured out 3 mugs of chopped veggies a day. I had.have a problem with cheese, it stalls me, and many others. But some are lucky and have no problem at all.
