    Hello everyone, I've been a lurker on this site for the last month and have decided today is the day to restart the Weight Watchers points diet and introduce myself!

    Having just weighed I am 11st7 and am 5'5'', so size 12,14 or 16 depending on top/bottoms and where clothes are from! I would like to lose a stone, or get to a comfortable size 12. The winter has been cruel and the tummy is looking and feeling bigger!! I am far too lazy as well and can easily just sit in front the tv doing nothing all evening!

    So there we are, day one has gone well! Am glad we managed to eat the xmas choccies, no temptation here!

    Thanks everyone for you welcome, am sure once I get into it properly everything will slot into place! think it may just be the wrong week to start for me, not sticking to it!!! Oh well, a trip to the shop tomorrow will improve the situation, I hope! Fingers crossed!

    Hi and welcome, it does take you a while on any diet to get use to it dont give up you will get there, good luck on your weight journey.
