Hi - I've been lurking for a couple of weeks and thought it was time to say hello. :wavey:

Started SW last Monday, doing just red days and so far have lost 3.5lb! I'm not going to class - I just got some of the older books cheap off Ebay. I have been to classes in the past (5 years ago now) but I found that they dragged on a bit and actually demotivated me in the end because it became a chore to go.

About 18 months ago I got half way to goal on WW but I was always hungry and I fell off the wagon and have gradually put most of it back on. I have been low carbing since the new year but not getting very far so I thought that I would give SW another go and so far seems to be working out. I hope it continues!

Love this forum. In all my years of dieting, I have never come across it before! Don't know how I missed it. :doh:
