Hi everyone, i'm a newbie!
I have quite a lot of weight to lose, and am finding it very difficult to find the motivation :sigh: lost 2 and a half stone before so I know I can do it but just looking for some advice and a bit of support! Started weight watchers a while ago but can't make it to the classes so would appreciate any ideas on good diets to follow etc Thanks very much x
