Hi everyone, i'm a newbie!

I have quite a lot of weight to lose, and am finding it very difficult to find the motivation :sigh: lost 2 and a half stone before so I know I can do it but just looking for some advice and a bit of support! Started weight watchers a while ago but can't make it to the classes so would appreciate any ideas on good diets to follow etc Thanks very much :) x

Hey LaLax, good luck to you! If you're comfortable with WW i'd say stick to that and do as some of the other members said above and come on here for support =] I find that not going to the meetings makes me lose my motivation but everyone on this site are very supportive so stick at it =] x

Well I think you've done amazingly well to have lost those first 2.5st, that is brilliant, its a lot to lose and a big accomplishment so I don't think you should feel unmotivated (I know its easier said than done though!)
Just think of all that you did to lose that weight, you don't want all of that hard work you put in to be wasted - I'm not following any diets myself, I'm just doing a cut back and exercise regime so I'm sorry I can't advise anything there but I'm sure there will be someone else who can.

I hope that we can help you to feel motivated and supported, we're all in the same boat here! Anyway good luck in your weight loss journey and I hope you find a diet that is both suitable and convenient for you :)
