Hello!

Hi Ally, I've just joined too. Restarted Weightwatchers on Friday, and so far so good, but I'm determined to stick with it this time and not fall off the wagon after a month. Which diet are you doing?

Hi Ally,

Welcome to the board :)

There's loads of fantastic people and advice on here so you've come to the right place. Are you following a set plan or doing your own plan?

Looking forward to chatting to you on here and good luck with your journey.

Hi guys, thanks for getting in touch!

I am not following a particluar diet program. In the past I have tried loads but find that I get bored after a few weeks, was hoping to avoid that this time! Basically, I have gradually cut out: fizzy drinks, crisps, chips (junk fodd generally) and sugary stuff like cake biscuits etc. I have really cut down on most dairy and eat very little wheat, so have really cut down on bread, pasta. When I do have bread, pasta or rice I have brown rather than white. I have also been forced to cut out all caffiene! Its been working quite well and I have been losing between 1-2kgs a week.

My problem at the minute is that although I am eating alright and working out, I am not enjoying it and am worried I might start to give up pretty soon. Need to get my motivation back ASAP!

Hey Ally, :welcome2: to the forums - you've come to the right place for motivation and support! I understand completely about the worrying about giving up and getting bored, I'm exactly the same but I have some goals I want to work towards, do you have any? I always find that it helps keep you motivated and going - you should come and join us girls in one of the challenge threads if you like.

It sounds like you've done well with what you've cut out, I've cut down the same too and don't even have sugar in my tea now, which is a first for me! :p

Anyway hope to chat soon hun and keep going strong! Good luck :) X
