I am not following a particluar diet program. In the past I have tried loads but find that I get bored after a few weeks, was hoping to avoid that this time! Basically, I have gradually cut out: fizzy drinks, crisps, chips (junk fodd generally) and sugary stuff like cake biscuits etc. I have really cut down on most dairy and eat very little wheat, so have really cut down on bread, pasta. When I do have bread, pasta or rice I have brown rather than white. I have also been forced to cut out all caffiene! Its been working quite well and I have been losing between 1-2kgs a week.
My problem at the minute is that although I am eating alright and working out, I am not enjoying it and am worried I might start to give up pretty soon. Need to get my motivation back ASAP!
