    Hello all

I am new to this forum. Have been on CD before but now

have switched to WW because the thought of drinking

another shake is turning on me lol.

I have been reading some of the messages and found them

really interesting so thought I'd join for support!

Am really focused to stick to this now as just book for four

days away with the girls in March and want to be confident

to join in properly as there will be fancy dress involved lol.

I am doing the points system and making sure I eat my full

quota so that I will be able to cut down on points as I go

    along and continue to lose.

Someone give me an incentive - how much do you think

realistically I could lose by the end of Feb?

I want something to aim for.

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

    Take Care

    Scarlet

Welcome Scarlett! No one can really say how much you will lose in a certain timeframe. All I know is WW say to expect between one and two pounds a week. Although some weeks it will be more and others less.

    Good luck! :D

Hi Scarlet and welcome to the forum.

As Sparkle said, ww say that the average loss is between 1-2lb per week, but this varies so much for different people that it would be impossible to predict how much you could lose by next March.

I have found the best thing to do is to set mini goals - they seem so much more achievable than one big overall goal and it's SO satisfying to reach them as you go along!

    Good luck!

    Hi Scarlet,

Welcome to the forum. I am an ex CDer too. Just couldn't manage another sip of water. It is great to be back eating food now.
