Hi all, I'm new here, I have been dieting for about 5 months and lost about 2 stone, but I came to grinding halt.

I was with WW until they changed to pro points, I'm not really following any diet at the moment. I am loosely following a 5 day kick start by Rosemary Connelly. I'm not sure which diet to follow, all I now is the less bread I eat the better I feel.

I have 66 lbs to loose to get to my goal weight of 11 stone which I would like to reach by the end of June, its only 2.64 lb per week, which in theory does seem do-able.

I would love to become diet buddies with you.

Hey diet buddy!

I just joined 15 mins ago and am on a buddy-making mission. I know what I'm like... I need heaps of encouragement but also thoroughly enjoy handing it out!
