Hi Im new to CC, not getting on well with cambridge, i feel really ill and am soooo hungry. Is anyone on my fitness pal who wants a buddy? xx
Hi! Oh Im glad someone feels the same, i feel like a faliure that I cant do it, although I have not eaten today just had shakes, but I cant last all day and I think they taste rubbish! I just feel so miserable all day and think about food constantly! My username is hannahemilie on my fitness pal. You had a great loss eating food! xx
Hi I haven't done the shake thing, but the calorie counting is definitely working for me so far.

Chocolate bars all the way!!! This is why I love calorie counting, you can use your calorie allowance for what ever you want. Obviously healthy is better and makes sticking to low cal easier... but when you do have a craving you can have it without completely blowing your diet. Welcome along and good luck! x
I don't think i am being particularly healthy! as you can see i have my snacks- low fat crisps, little snack bars, choc moose, jelly, the list goes on! i could prob benefit from eating more fruit but this time of year it's too cold! hehe. i am loosing 2 /3lbs a week x
It just shows that I could have shifted this a loooong time ago...
I'm pretty much exclusively healthy foods, although I will have the odd small glass of wine, and the Go Ahead yoghurt bars. I've eaten one 25g bag of lighter pretzels too this week!
I think there's got to be some give, as it would only make people miserable to constantly deprive themselves. I've had to resort to having things other than food as 'treats' which is a whole re-training of the way I've always done things. Not sure I've got it cracked yet, but I'm working on it!
