I've been doing LL for 51 days now and so far it's the best decision I've made for a very long time! I was around a size 20 when I started at the end of May and just about squeezing myself into my fat clothes, but am pleased to say that I'm currently sitting in my size 16 jeans and still breathing!
I did have a bit of a lapse this week, which had been building for a few days, but now feeling much more motivated and rational again now! I didn't really enjoy the food as much as I thought I would and it felt like a brick in my tummy afterwards, so hopefully have learnt my lesson!
Does anyone have any tips on how to cope with PMS while in abstinence?! I would usually run for a large sugar fix...
