Total Solution Hello!!

Hello! I'm on day 6! It does get a lot easier, I am doing total solution but if hunger gets the better of me I snack on ketegonic foods such as a jar of cockles & ham with no/trace carbs. I do not think this will greatly affect my weight loss though. Take it day by day is my advice! Congratulations on losing 90lb already by the way, what an achievement!

I shall have to investigate these Ketegonic foods! Am about to have a shake so I can save my soup for later! Thank you so much for your advice! Day by day is the way to go! Such a change from Weight Watchers but a change that has to happen! The weight was creeping back on!! Good luck with your WI! xx

Hi,

well done for recognising your weight was creeping back up again and nipping it in the bud before it gets totally out of hand. I am hoping to be able to do this too once I have reached my target weight. It seems to be so asy to slip back into old habits eventhough it is a mega struggle for us to get it off in the first place!!

Good luck on Exante. I am starting week 4 next week and its going well so far. I have my struggles but I have done 100% TS so far...xx
