I've just been having a read through the WW board and it feels like coming home! I've been on Lipotrim since mid-April and have lost nearly 4 stone and am near target, but I go on holiday in 3 weeks so I'm refeeding soon. When I get back I'm going to WW to lose that last bit and maintain, and I can't wait - how sad is that! I've been back and forwards to WW all my adult life and I know it works, and I can eat proper food sensibly.

Will be joining you on here as soon as I get back.

Hi Sonya, yes getting on just fine, but really cannot WAIT for my refeed now! How's CD going?

Well done, you should be very pleased with yourself. I have been a member of WW on and off for the past 20 years and it does work. Unfortunately, my weight has shot up in the last 12 months and drastic action is needed. Therefore I have started the Cambridge Diet, lost 8lbs in the first 3 weeks but my clothes feel much looser than the weight loss would suggest. Good luck with refeeding

Good luck with CD, these things DO work, and it'll be falling of you at a quick rate.

I love WW, always have, but I needed quick results this time for my holiday, so LT it was, and I'm so glad I've done it.

Just one thing - is a CUrly Wurly still only 2 points :D? Please let it be!!!

:mad: Oh bu99er. I suppose you're right though - out of the fridge they can take an age to eat, so I will stock up on those for my little indulgence!

Hi Cheryl, I see you're doing WW too now - very good luck. You've proved yourself to be determined and successful so I'm sure you'll have no problem with a "real food" diet!

Hi Paula - doing ok today, just been weighed and lost another 3, so a concerted effort this week before starting to refeed next Thursday. Cannot wait! How's it going today, what's for breakfast :)

I've just had a vanilla shake with a tsp of coffe in - yum. That's the only thing I'll miss about LT!

My first WW breakfast is going to be beans on toast and I can't wait. I keep reading on here what you're all having and it's keeping me going!

LOL and I have just this minute had another bl**dy shake for mine! Roll on next week, chicken breast here I come!
