Well obviously new here, I'm starting the Cambridge diet tomorrow and I do need help, last time I lost 2 stone in 3 weeks which is a miracle going from 15 stone to 13 but I was really unhealthy taking adios pills and only eating (drinking) 2 shakes a day, and it shed off which is great but because I wasn't eating I gave into temptation and ended up going on a binge. Lately I've been doing low cal with lots of exercise but it's only just got me down to 12st 10 and isn't shifting any more so I thought it was best to try Cambridge again. Any tips on how to handle cravings? And CHEAP gyms in or around Nuneaton, UK.
