Hello from Cork Ireland. I'm 29 and live with my husband, 3 cats and 1 dog. I'm not sure of my weight around now but I think it's around 72kg. I am starting Cambridge Diet Saturday, I've had great success with it before and I'm 3 stone lighter then I was a few years ago.

I'm starting a new chapter in my life and I want to get to 63kg asap. My initial plan is to do this for 5 weeks then move down the plans slowly as this was my mistake last time. I'm excited but scared becasue I know the cravings will kick in and I don't really know how to deal with them but I'm not going to give up! :D
