    Hello everyone, I've just started Lipotrim and am excited to get results. I have 36lbs to lose to goal and already lost 5lbs when I WI this morning. My scales match the pharmacy ones so is it wrong to WI every day? What do you all do? TIA xx

    Hi and well done for starting the diet. It's very tempting to weigh yourself daily but probably best to not to as your weight can vary daily and you can become disheartened if you haven't lost any weight. I find I do not loose weight for a few days and yet when I get weighed at the chemist I have lost 5lbs so I try not to weigh in the week and enjoy the suprise on Saturday.

    Same for me , I try to weigh myself just once in the week before weigh in and I wish I could cut that out as well cos it is usually misleading and doesn't reflect my weight loss but a week seems so long to wait sometimes!! Sigh!!

    hiya Tia...I'm trying to not weigh myself during the week but its so tempting. I think I'm going to just WI at the chemist from now on so I don't get disheartened and have a nice surprise every week :) x x x Good Luck honey x x x
