Hello, http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/wave_cry.gif starting tomorrow, well Mother's day to get through today!
I have used LT before a couple of times and find it is the only thing that works for me. I have tried to start it about 10 times and if I can do the first 3 days I am ok to continue, more often than not I give up on day 2 or 3 though, so here's hoping this time...
Have been trying to loose weight since Christmas the old fashioned way, calorie counting and exercise and it just hasn't worked. Been on an average of 900 cals a day and exercised most days, either wii fit or treadmill, and no joy, only lost a few pounds. I have lots of reasons to loose weight, a wedding and a special family holiday are the main 2, being able to wear the mountains of clothes in my cupboard is another, rather than buying more larger ones to save a bit of money too!
I was 8st 4 when I met my husband, went up to 9st 1 and stayed there for years until the babies started arriving, 5 children in 7 years and never lost the added weight in between or since! Did manage to slim down to under 10 st the succesfull times I used LT, hoping to do it again. Fingers crossed! http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/redface.gifhttp://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/redface.gif

Hi patchesmum, I wish you all the success with Lipotrim. You know what your in for which is good, I am new to it so really clueless as to what to expect. I havent got any friends that have done it either. Having 5 children must make things difficult with eating healthy. Doubt you have much time on your hands. I am a student and find I am eating because i miss home and my family. I also find that i have time between lessons so i head to the canteen and pick all the unhealthy options in there! Why is it wherever we go the fatty foods are everywhere?! :( so frustrating. I am really hoping i can loose 2stone on this diet. my fingers are crossed so much, i need to feel happy again, i am turning 21 in june and i refuse to be this overweight for yet another big event.

Well we can do this between us I am sure. It must be hard being away from home and dieting, I know what you mean about the canteen!
When I have done this diet before I found I had to be organised and have a couple of packets of shake in my bag with an empty water bottle! My job means i can never plan where the day will take me or when i will be home. I tip the powder in the bottle, fill it with water and give it a good shake. Once it is made it just looks like any other bottled drink.
Not being organised and my haphazard work hours have meant in the past I get really hungry then call at a petrol station and buy loads of chocolate!
Today went ok though, but I had the day off so it was easy. About to have shake number 3!

Hey just wanted to wish you both luck on your lipotrim journey. I'm not going to lie its tough at first but so so worth it :)

So far I've lost 3 stone in 9 weeks! I feel loads better health wise. Don't get me wrong I still have emotional days but I'm finding different ways to cope without resorting to eating.

Best advice take each day as it comes, set yourself some mini goals and keep drinking your water.

Let us know how you get on peeps :)

Thankyou! Had to get up 3 times in the night to go to the loo! Other than that fine. Working today though with no control over my timetable so may be a bit tougher.

good luck with your journeys!

day 2

Just a quick update, harder today, but that may have something to do with the fact I cooked a really nice meal for the family, chicken portions in a tomato, garlic, tarragon, wine sauce with creamy mash and a side salad, were they grateful?http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/confused.gif
No!http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/mad.gif
The dog liked it though! http://es3.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/eat.gif
I did have to stick my finger in the sauce and the mash to test them but literally one finger lick of both so I don't regard that as a cheat! Still having loads of water, about to have shake number 3. Sounds silly I know, but I do feel thinner as my Primark cow pjs feel baggy tonight!http://g.static.mmscdn.com/smilies/biggrin.gif

Hi,
I'm on my 2nd day too and ive found it quite easy today. Been at work so been busy and not really thought about food :). Still getting the headaches but drinking loads of water. I admire your willpower only having a lick of the sauce and mash, ive told my lot that i,m not cooking while i,m on this journey and they,ll have to see to themselves. I knew this diet would have benefits ;).
Onwards and downwards ( weight that is ) :D

Hi Val,

haha! I gave them all ready meals yesterday and you would have thought I had given them a dried crust to share, they were all horrified. I was trying to make a point and think I succeeded, maybe they will appreciate me more in the future. Thinking of trying your plan of letting them sort themselves out tomorrow, now that will be interesting, toast all round!
