Hi everyone,
I have joined weight watchers 3 weeks ago and am already really struggling to get motivated, I've lost 5 and a half pounds so far but need to lose more! I've been looking at this site since I started its a great help,hopefully it will help me to get my motivation back! X
 
Hi I'm doing weight watchers to. Each time I start to lose motivation I think about why I'm doing it and read a few success stories on here and WW website and it normally gets me back on track.

Just remember a long journey starts with the first step.
It's helpful to set your small steps, you are soo close to your 1/2 stone.
Read the diaries of other people and get inspiration.
 
I find minimins really useful when ever I feel like I'm having a bad day I'll pop on the site and read everyone else amazing stories and it keeps me motivated! It also gives me food ideas and pp values it really is a life saver lol x
