Hi guys,

Not sure if this is the right place for me :( as I dont follow the JUDDD but the 5:2 diet. I had a look around, and your forum is the best match so could I please join you? I feel quite motivated now, but I know that it is easier with some support.

I am doing fasting (DD) days on Mondays and Fridays but thinking to do Wednesdays as well. I find it easier to fast all day and have one meal in the evening and I stay clear from carbs on DD as they make me really hungry!

I'm doing 5:2 and I think Maccelenny is too?

I tried alternate days last week and couldn't hack it! I too leave my cals for the evening as I hate going to bed hungry!
 
I'm on sort of 4.5 : 2.5 at the moment! I try not to eat before lunchtime, then split snacks into 4 so that I avoid that rumbling tummy at bedtime! I couldn't go right through till tea time yet, but I know lots of people find it works well for them.
