:wave_cry: New today both to this forum and my SW diet! I'm 34, mum of 3 girls (14, 10 and 8), living with my kids, fella, dog and tortoise in N.Wales. My younger sister is getting married in October, and this has been the push I've needed for a very long time to do something about my weight! Looking forward to getting to know people here and picking your brains for lots of tips lol...
