Hi there everyone!

I'm new here, thought I'd introduce myself...

I'm 20 years old, I weigh 151lbs (I think about 10st 11). Really want to get down to 9st!

According to these weight charts, which I'm not sure are totally true, it says I'm overweight at 5ft5 and 10st 11.

Even if they're not correct I'd still like to lose some weight so I feel more comfortable in myself.

I have one slight problem, I lose motivation so so quick! :sigh:

I think my problem is just portion sizes, my eyes are bigger than my tummy. I think if I cut those down to a "normal" amount, the weight may just drop off! But not yet had the willpower to try it :)
