Hey,

I've been struggling to lose weight recently...well to see the scales move I'll say instead ;)

Gettingfit suggested to look into Paleo/Primal on the Healthy Eating thread, and looking into it I thought I would at least give it a try.. :) especially as I can keep a little greek yoghurt around..

only thing is, I can't get my head around it? I'm not sure what to have for breakfast, I know eggs & veg, just wondering if there was an alternative?

can anyone suggest a sort of meal plan lol? I have my trainer tomorrow so I was thinking a banana beforehand.. & broccoli, yellow squash, cauliflower & chicken for lunch? as I need to eat a lot prior, as I do get tired & don't work as hard (this I know from doing Dukan... and then just low-carbing.. I have so much more energy having eating more or have rice/oats prior to training... & I worry about keeping my calories up)

Hi-I don't eat breakfast so can't help but have you looked in the recipe section,there's a few breakfast ideas in there x
 
Hi im new here (started on tue) so I can't help much but just wanted to say hi.

I had raspberries and a little sugar free natural yogurt with chopped nuts today after lunch - it was yum, it would make a nice breakfast too:)
 
Have a look at my dairy thread, I put what I eat everyday on there. Some other other posters do as well. That should give you some ideas what you can eat :)
 
okay thanks guys! I've looked at recipes & at diaries, still was a bit confused LOL! I think I worry about portions etc etc..

I might start a diary, since stopping Dukan I have been less active on minimins! May need that encouragement! I hope this works! :fingerscrossed:
